what do I give my kid for iron deficiency?

A. Hello, give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food. Nuts are also a great source of iron, amongst other nutrients. Grind them into porridge or cereal or milk, or chop them into small pieces for your toddler. Don’t give whole nuts to your baby or toddler, as they could lead to choking. Tofu, sweet potatoes, beet root, oats , are also have high iron contact.

Supplement And try to give beetroot to your child in terms of salad on an everyday basis twice in a day that is the most healthy thing that you can go for you can search online you will see lots and lots of fruits and vegetables if given raw to the child they will have a very high content of iron for child
