RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 week agoA. Have all kind of proteins in the diet veg or nonveg whatever you prefer lots of liquids in the diet and a balance that where you can include all kind of family foods into your diet plus you should have good fibre along with whatever you were eating
