What diet should we follow for rich calcium intake? Does milk(pasteurized) help to gain calcium?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby milk with Pediasure as it is good for baby health and lso you can give baby makhane as it is full source of calcium. and also you should ask your doctor for calcium supplement too.
