Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy7 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! For the first six months, the baby should be given exclusively breast milk or formal milk. Semi solids and water should be introduced only after six months completion. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
