Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old girl5 years agoA. hi as your child is 9 months old,you can offer semisolid food twice or thrice in a day. and please Breastfeed your child as per his or her needs. you can offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruits ,nuts , pulses , Dairy products etc. so please keep offering different dishes with different taste and different ingredients.
