what can I give my one year old baby to sweeten the milk or any other sweet dish which is not harmful for her?

A. You can use jaggery you can use honey dates are actually one of the best things that you can use and these are the best healthy options that you can use into the milk if you want to go more natural then you can go for fruit milkshakes and smoothies which is what is going to be helpful
