Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give 2 to 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.

you can start with easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or moon water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
