perioral rash occur due to excessive drooling of saliva..
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth

it helps in easing teething effects as teething fever loose motion green stool itching gums..
you can use chamomile tea ice cubes to rub on gums to ease teething pain..
