Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is 4 months of age having loose motions if baby is on mothers feeding no need of any medicines if baby is on formula milk should consult a doctor .

Breastfeed or offer the bottle more frequently while your child has loose stools to provide extra fluids. You should not stop feedings to try to rest your child's stomach
