What are these red spot on tongue

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl11 months agoA. If the child is having any kind of inflammation / issue in stomach or intestine these kind of red marking will appear in the tonque. Consult a doctor, as red color is there, if proper treatment is not carried out the baby will get more pain in the recent coming days.
