what are these pimple like things in her fore head and some on nose?

A. Atogla you can apply it could be just associated with little bit of heat in the body so as of now you should apply 3 to 4 times in the day and avoid using any other product on the face of the child not no oil no soap just let the face be just wash it with water and apply this
