well it is too early to judge this
although as it's nureological disorder ,you may notice some early signs like:
child may be extremely irritable
finding difficulty in self soothing, excess crying can be there
may get delay in language or motor skills development
they are hard to control,angry, fussy, finding difficulty in feeding and sleeping too
