By 3 years babies start speaking sentences , responding to commands by 3.5 years old they can speak fluently with sentences, reply with sentences,can Converse, most importantly they develop cognitive, emotional development,can express their views, feelings, enjoy riding, outing,parks... asks questions ..
Also you can observe fine,gross motor skills development like grasping fast, holding thingswell ,can get good grip of holding pencil, crayons ,can do self work of eating, putting on clothes, buttoning , unbutton their clothes,put on sandals correctly,can enjoy company of their age group...
