AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy9 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Signs of teething are swollen gums and irritation in gums of the baby. Some babies get loose motions and body temperature also rises in few kids. Please give homeopathic medicine BC21 to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth for easy teething.
