what are the foods that helps lectating mothers generate more milk? also advice if I can start giving normal cow milk to my 4 month old baby?

A. have roasted cumin with warm water twice a day. give warm compression on the breast. include green papaya oats beetroot spinach nuts cows milk in your diet. have lactonic granuals to increase milk supply. no cows milk before one year. only breast milk or formula milk.
