All The food that has been prepared at home for everybody else is the same food that you have to give to your child also used to know that from the very beginning after the age of 12 months you should try to give as much is regular food as you can so that your child is used to eating everything and has a taste of proper food because this is what your child is going to eat for rest of the life so start it at this age only
