what are the best foods for increasing blood levels?

A. iron rich food like- Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots,dates, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron.

A. add more greens in your diet. make chutney of fresh dhaniya pudina and meetha neem. try to eat uncooked 100 curryleaves (meetha neem) with curd or chutney. fresh green have high folic which help to increase blood level in women.
