what are symptoms of low haemoglobin in 2 year baby? Currently my baby is 10.7 kgs but his weight has been constant since last 1 year and, he is very much active but a fussy eater. some days he s very cranky. can physical growth be a sign of low haemoglobin?

A. As the iron level and blood counts become lower, your infant or toddler may: Act irritable.Become short of breath.Crave unusual foods (called pica)Eat less food.Feel tired or weak all the time.Have a sore tongue.Have headaches or dizziness.
