Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. yeh to just see that the child is not suffering from calcium and vitamin d deficiency and you can easily wait for 13 or 14 months for first tooth eruption in the child

Hello ma’am It mostly starts after the age of 6 to 8 once only and as of now if your child does not have teeth wait for awhile maybe it will happen after 10 months or one year but in the meanwhile sometimes it could be delay due to the deficiency of vitamin D so I would advise you to start with vitamin D supplement for at least 3 to 6 months
