You have not mentioned the weight of the child as such
full term baby monthly weight gain is expected to gain in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by the age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children14 hours agoA. mam baby weight depends on birth weight and normally doubles by the age of six months. please mention baby weight in the question. give only mother's feed till the age of six months. mother should eat healthy food items and avoid oily and maida food.
