A. Hello mom kids by this age can be given usual. Family foods now, such as stuff paranthas , panner or vegetable cheese sandwich, sago, kichidi , or dal and rice, dry fruits and nuts , different kind of dals , also chana, rajma etc , fresh fruit milk shakes

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and also include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi egg dry fruits and dairy products well
