Include variety from different food groups as such -
dals/ chana/lobia/dal
rice /roti/ chilla with millets etc
ghee/butter/panner/milk /fruit milk shakes
eggs/chicken if preferred
dry fruits nuts & seeds

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet.
