ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you mean to say food for the mother in order to increase her weight ? Or the baby ? You currently would require certain foods along with a Balanced diet in order to increase your milk production and that inturn would be helpful to increase baby weight
