Hello mam, Din bhar mein 3 bade meals breakfast lunch and diner and 2 snacks kariyeh... ek sath bahut na khaaye Khane mein sabji, salad, oats, daliya, jowar, bajra, ragi, paneer, sabhi prakar ki daal, sprouts, toned milk, dahin, eggs lijiyega Roj 2 fruits khana chahiyeh Salad khane k pehle khana chahiyeh Subhah uth k jeera paani le khali pet Bread, biscuit, tali hui cheezein, shakar, mithai, namkeen yeh sab band kar de khana Roj 45 min exercise kare yoga, walking, cycling kuch bhi kar sakte hai Paani 2 se 3 litre

A. Hello mom Now your baby is one year also you should start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning. Do it regularly for better results. And also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
