Roj 2 fruits khana chahiyeh
Salad khane k pehle khana chahiyeh
Subhah uth k jeera paani le khali pet
Bread, biscuit, tali hui cheezein, shakar, mithai, namkeen yeh sab band kar de khana
Roj 45 min exercise kare yoga, walking, cycling kuch bhi kar sakte hai
Paani 2 se 3 litre

Now your baby is one year also you should start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning. Do it regularly for better results. And also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan.
