weight gain food for baby?

A. Dear parent, give eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
