A. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables including green leafy vegetables. Add ghee to baby’s food. You can give eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Give nuts like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts and dry fruits like raisins, dates. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
