It’s okay to gain weight after pregnancy. You can do some basic yoga activities after your sleeps. Try eating shorter meals in 2-3 span time rather than heavy meals once at a time. Heavy carbs make you sleepy and aids in gaining weight more quickly. Try barley chapatai or chilla with protein rich side food like panner or chicken/ eggs.
Go for lighter walks after each meal.
You’ll lose weight simultaneously.
