water is coming from my baby' s eyes... is it not good... pls guide

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist12 months agoA. dear mum , many have from birth due to blockage of teat duct this resolves after few mths has the baby developed watery eyes recently then it can b due to infection and tgen u shd consult doctor for examination
