water has been coming out of my son's right eye for some time and it looks like a mud. wht i do??

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom as their is also discharge as well and if redness if also their could possibly be that their is eye infection, clean the discharge with a soft and slightly wet cloth, consult the doctor for examination

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello this can be due to the eye infection and it would require a proper medical investigation and it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly and may advise you with a eye drop if required which can be better
