RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. U Can give it any time that you want to it is that the previous thing should be digested completely before you go ahead with the other thing so try to maintain a gap of minimum three hours because Pomfret is very heavy takes a lot of time to digest
