you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation.
also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.
all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics.
also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.

You’ll have to follow what your doctor has advised you because in the first go how much amount of doses the doctor has advised you to give with this medicine you just have to continue with the same for for six months months completion and after that probably it is going to change but that your doctor will tell you
