vitamin D3 drops iam giving my son is there any other drops are needed like iron multi vitamin?

Usually multivitamin is also suggested along with vitamin D for initial one year if your doctor has not suggested multivitamin you can start with it after consulting your doctor because they have to give a confirmation before you start with any supplement
