Vegetables carry more nutrients than fruits? How true is this ?

A. Both are equally important as vegetables and fruits are rich source of Vitamin and minerals so they should be a part of daily diet of the child so giving both is important

A. hi mom. both fruits and vegetables both carry different kind of Nutrition which cannot be compared with each other and both are necessity for the will be in of the human beings. specifically fruits are more good for the children at this age but definitely you have to give the vegetables also, but give fruits always the whole thing avoid giving juices
