Q.

usually monthly cycle I have breast pain before I get periods ..after that it reduced ... but last 2 month I have pain ..slowly only reducing ...I getting nipple pain too ... it may hormone changes?

A. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can fbe given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine general you should tagke a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
