urgent. i accidentally gave 8ml of fexofenadine hydrochloride Allegra syrup to my 2 years 10 months old kid. is it serious? pls advice. he was having fever, cold yellow mucus and bad cough.

A. baby maybe having some drowsiness which my continue for 8 to 10 hours. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
