are you asking for your self or for your child?
please mention it .
as a child is 3 months old and if he is having such problem ,I advise to visit your pediatrician for once.
and if you are asking for your self ,I advise to gently apply pure aloe vera gel or rub cucumber slices there.
take adequate sleep
