Tushant has fungal infection, and the skin is very swety, we use Physiogel (Hypoallergenic) body lotion & Atonide gel (Desonide gel 0.05% w/w. these are not much effective, should we change it.

A. yes ask your doctor to add antifungal. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Ma’am Well it completely depends as to where is the fungal infection the place you have not mentioned at all so I will not be able to tell you the right medicine accordingly it would be advisable for you to consult your paediatrician ones regarding the same
