Even my little one also faced red rashes and itchy skin issue I consulted dr and she suggested me Aveeno Baby Dermexa Moisturizing Cream, it's made with triple oat complex which works well on itchy skin, and clinically proven for suitable for eczema Prone skin as well. it provides moisturization for 24hours and makes skin smooth.

Apply cAlamine lotion you can apply it a number of times in the day the problem is every 4 to 5 hours you can use it or 3 to 4 hours whatever the situation is and on that way is only over the period it’s going to get better and if needed please consult your doctor
