today we got her vaccination done. she is crying due to pain in her left leg. Any medicine to be given

A. Thermophob you can apply prior to that keep some ice cube or do cold pack that is going to help and then you can give paracetamol if the pain is okay so you can apply these things on the vaccination site and do it 3 to 4 times paracetamol can be repeated every six hours
