today my boy turn 4 month 30 day old..may i start feed cerlac

A. Not yet. Generally Any liquids or semisolids or Solids are advisable only after six months. Until then exclusive breastfeeding or formula alone is good for baby (not even water) as their digestive system will be still sensitive and immature. WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding until six months.
