today my baby got vaccinated he is one and half month old.. he is crying a lot die to pain .. doctor gave one paracetamol syrup for that for both api and for fever. For how many hours should we give the syrup and for how many days

A. you can repeat paracetamol after 6 hours and the maximum dosage of paracetamol would be 4 times per day and also apply ice over the injection site and the fever should subside in next 2 or 3 days
