Today my Baby 45days vaccination is done starting hours baby is not crying but after 4hrs vaccination he is crying non stop please any advice that Stop crying

A. Hello, your baby boy is 45 days old and he has received a vaccinations at 6 weeks and he is crying constantly after 4 hours of vaccination so give him 1 ml paracetamol and apply ice cube at injection site for three days
