today my 14 month old baby slipped nd fell on the floor while walking.she hit her back of the head nd a small bump is formed.what should be observed in her? should I need to worry plz tell

A. yes can be head injury so for for this will require a proper examination and also a doctor examination so for this can consult a doctor and he will guide you about this further so
