Q.

Today is my first day of period and it is extremely painful. I NEVER in my life had such a painful period. Period started at perfect time, no. delay. But very painful. Can't get up from bed. What could be the reason?

A. relax n try yo take any otc pain killer. then do a scan.See you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

Q. #askexperts My periods have always been regular but last month I had a normal period ended on 18th Dec but again on 25th December periods started and lasted full 5 days then again in Jan 20th period started. It has never happened to me. I have a 2.6 yr daughter and delivered normally.
