Q.

today is my 38day after delivery. i have back pain now, what are the exercises i need to do. And is it ok to start doing exercises from now ?? ( is it too early)

A. see there are aches n pain after delivery. you can try for more rest n take up exercise too. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

A. wait atleast 3 months to start any exercise but consult with your gynaecologist regarding this once as she will guide you better after proper examination and analyzing you and suggest nest medications and tests if needed. take proper diet only home made take milk, fruits, plenty of fluids, dry fruits soaked, khajur etc
