Today is my 27th day of c sec delivery....can i take kadha no 1 from now??

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Yes u can have kadha. There is no problem in that. Eat all fruits and veggies. Avoid spicy and oily food. Feed ur baby after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months
