Q.

today is 7th day for my baby ,while breast feeding my nipple getting painful when he sucking

A. just feedmore fee to baby. Breast feeding should be exclusively till 6 month of age. If not possible then only milk formula should be given. After that you can start with top feed along with cow milk .
