Today I saw my son lower jaw inside gums are bulged and he keeping more his hand in mouth is it start teething process ?

A. Hi yes kids can get their first milk teeth as early as 3-6 months.. if you are seeing signs of teething then gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth.
