Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hai good evening !! Bleeding is not normal once check with Paeditrician physical examination is better in this case.
As baby is nearly two years old ask her if it's paining and observe any scar or wound near or around diaper area which caused bleeding sometimes heat rashes swell and bleed or hard stools (constipation) also cause bleeding from anus if blood from poop or anus then include fibre foods, fluids in baby diet for softening stools.
