time gap between formula milk and breast feed?

A. If you are feeding the baby fully either of the breastmilk or formula milk, then feed in every 2-3 hours. Depending on the consumption at a time, this time can be increased or reduced. Keep a gap of atleast 2 hours after every full meal. An infant needs to take good sleep too for healthy growth and development and feeding too frequently will disturb the sleep. Include 2 times night feed too.
